Relationship to Auth
Auth decides how users sign in and approve access. ID shows and manages the identity state after sign-in.
For local development, keep chooser state and permission/consent state separate:
- The account chooser can appear every login.
- Permissions can remain remembered once approved.
- Company-specific identity preferences belong in explicit ID UI.
